  1. In the food processor bowl, add the almond flour, ½ teaspoon salt, and the powdered sugar. Combine and process them using low speed. After that, move the mixture to the large bowl.
  2. Prepare different bowl. Add the egg whites and the remaining salt (1/2 teaspoon). Beat them by using mixer until you get the soft peaks.
