  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 cups broth from beef or stock
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • Fresh minced parsley

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Clean the roast then mix with pepper, garlic powder, salt, paprika, rosemary, and thyme. Rum slowly until all seasonings are mixed equally
  2. Heat oil in skillet and cook the roast until looks brown. Cook time is 3 minutes.
  3. In slow cooker, put onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes. Pour the broth alongside browned roast.
  4. Cover for 8 hours in low mode or 6 5 hours at high mode. Do not forget to cover the slow cooker with its lid.
  5. The cooking is done then you can add minced parsley while serving.
