  • 4 cups water

  • 200 gr sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 100 gr mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50 gr Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 50 gr parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 100 gr breadcrumbs
  • 50 gr feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare a baking dish (9 x 13 inch) and spray the baking dish with non-stick spray. If you do not have non-stick spray, simply coat the baking dish with melted butter. Set it aside.
  3. Grab a large non-stick pot. Pour in water and mix cooking oil in it. Sprinkle some salt. Bring it to a boil and pour in the elbow macaroni. Cook the macaroni until al dente. Turn off the heat, drain the water and put the macaroni back to the pot.
  4. Turn the heat back on. On the top of warm cooked macaroni, add in the unsalted butter. Mix until all the butter is melted and coating the macaroni.
