Ingredients

  • ¾ cup of mirin
  • Soy sauce adequately
  • Sesame oil adequately
  • 2-3 teaspoons sriracha or red curry paste

Instructions

  • Take mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, ginger, garlic and mix them.

Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes were cubed
